Whole bunch pressed, fermented and aged in French oak. Unfined and unfiltered.

Textured, complex, layered. A refined and elegant wine showcasing aromas of lemon and oyster shell. The palate is rich, yet restrained, with subtle oak and lees building volume on the linear fruit profile.
